Size small adult age 54 130lbs. Works great for wife's bedwetting.

This product is well made and does the job for light to moderate incontinence. I have found it works best with an insert and is good for short trips where discretion is important but expect to change it more frequently than a thicker product. Also doesn't have waterproof sides so not good for nighttime use. I'm 200lbs 6 ft and a large fits well.

Just wanted to let you know, that I am 6 foot tall 180 pounds and ordered your basic pant size medium.

The basic brief is perfect for daytime use for me. I have no problem getting to restroom, my problem has always been leaks and this product handles it well. Completely eliminates the need for buying disposable liners.

We had tried many disposable briefs to stop the leaking at night....when we purchased the protective briefs the search stopped! These have kept the bed dry and are comfortable for my Mom who is almost 90! They are expensive but no where near the cost of disposables over time. It’s an investment and worth it for the dryness and being comfy.
