Return Policy for Unused Items

We accept returns on new, unused, and unwashed products.

To request a return:

📧 Email us at info@threadedarmor.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and let us know if you’d like a store credit or refund.

You have two return options:

1. Return for Store Credit (Best Option for Exchanges!)

• Receive full credit as a non-expiring gift card to purchase the correct size or another product.

• We provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost.

2. Return for Refund

• Receive a refund, less a 15% restocking fee.

• You are responsible for shipping the product back to us.

• If you prefer, we can provide a pre-paid return label and deduct $9 from your refund.
