Exchanges and Returns
We do take new and unused product back, for store credit only.
We do not give refunds. We do this for two reasons. Anything that has left our building has had the potential to be tried on, and since we sell products that go against bare skin we want to make sure that everyone gets brand new, never tried on products. This also means that we don't refund orders, we issue credit for the returned product so you can place an order for your exchange. We still may lose out like this, but we feel like it's worth it. We collect returns and periodically donate them to Jake's Diapers, a non-profit that helps so many families.
We began our business with this in place, and it is at the discretion of the customer to purchase under our policies.
To help make sure you’ve made the right selection, our team works to make sure our descriptions are thorough and our images reflective of our designs and quality. We also provide a full list of commonly asked questions to all of our products, as well as measuring instructions, and free product consultations with an expert. If you are ever unsure of something, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you purchase.
Please do not attempt to return anything to us without authorization. We "return-to-sender" open packages that we did not authorize to be returned.
To start a return for warranty consideration, please contact email@example.com. If a return is authorized, you will be given an RMA number to write on the outside of your package and instructions on how to package and mail it back.
If you ordered a discounted product (discontinued items, Black Friday sales, blow-out stock, flash sale items, earth day savings etc.) and you wish to exchange, you will receive a credit in the actual amount you paid. This does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase a replacement item at that same discounted cost. Once a sale ends, discounted prices will no longer be honored. You are welcome to save your credit for another sale, but who really wants to wait for that! In the event your order received free shipping and we are granting a credit, any shipping costs Threaded Armor paid on your behalf will be deducted from the credit.
