I've bought several diapers from Threaded Armor and have found them to be as effective as most premium disposables while being much more comfortable. Obviously every body is different and exact fit makes a difference for efficacy, but as a 6'2" male of approximately 200 lbs, for my body at least, they truly are amazing.
And as far as comfort, again personal preference is king, but I find them to be soft, comfortable, and easy to tailor for more or less protection vs more or less discretion. And having sensory issues related to autism, comfort is VERY important to me. I just... feel good in these.
I highly recommend anybody to try one and see if they work for you. If not, you have a long-term reusable spare you can have at the ready for emergencies. If they do, you have an initial investment into a product that will eventually save you a lot of money over time while being more comfortable.
Lastly, the lounge briefs are great for initial convenience, and perhaps the best to try if you're only going to try one, but the protective briefs are super practical as the shell can be re-used between washes, meaning you can spend more on the padding and be choosy about how many outer shells you need. I like having a mix of both for different situations.

I am new to the cloth underwear, but it is very comfortable and doesn’t look like a diaper at the waistline. It also doesn’t not bunch up like disposables do. All in all, I am very pleased.

First time wearing cloth diapers/pull up's. But these are so soft and comfortable. They fit snug and don't move around. They do stick out a little about jeans but nothing that's very visible.
Fun design and appreciate the ornamental turtle that came with this purchase. These adult diapers are great and I love the option to swap out soaker pads.

So, I have one of each style on large. Love them. So comfy! I’m at an odd place in sizes tall, 36 pants and 200ish. Sort of had puffy butt as the day went on and things settled. This time I wanted to try medium. I started looking at your pictures closer and got to thinking about how they look on you. So much nicer! No more puffy butt😊. Since I have different ones now I was playing around. I actually like how the large insert fits in the medium. It pushes the pad up to the top and fits nicer.
Definitely going to keep my old large for disposable covers and hanging out around the house in just my diaper because why not they are basically nice shorts!

I'm battling FSGS, which causes me to wet the bed every night and occasionally have accidents during the day.
Last week, I was very sick and had a rare bowel accident. Thankfully, I was able to get to a restroom without any issues. Threaded Armor was a lifesaver in that moment.
