I received my order quickly and was easily able to track the order when an issue arose. It was able to be solved quickly. A nice service.
Great product. Have had a blow out or two around my legs. My body build is also bad for keeping them from walking down my rear when wearing under normal pants. Need a wider more gripper waist band! I like them best at night and haven't had a problem in bed. I also use the cover bottoms over a disposable diaper when out and about. Seems to work best for me.
Nice brief, comfortable and nice to wear, the two up liner is very comfortable,
Let customers speak for us
from 3962 reviewsThey work great I can wear day or night and not have leaks. They are cheaper than disposable diapers and will easily save you a lot of money. I put in the adult soaker bomb to make sure I have enough protection and stacking them to absorb Evan more urine. I have a medical condition that I have to wear these 24-7
I have stress incontinence after having kids and these have helped me regain my confidence.
I've tried many of the leading disposable brands of dypers. The Threaded Armor products are my favorite. I'll be buying more
I am 32, 5'10", 205 pounds with a 32" waist. Size Medium was too tight in the legs and groin for me, but a Large fits well with lots of room for inserts.
I get a persistent dribble after urinating and occasional light wetting when I sleep. These get exacerbated when I drink too much coffee or alcohol and eat certain foods.
I have been wearing lounge briefs for overnights where I am partying and don't have access to a washing machine. They work well and are the most comfortable underwear I have ever worn (including non-diapers). My feelings on their discretion were initially mixed as to me they looked SUPER bulky.
Then while I was wearing them at a cottage vacation this past weekend a friend yanked and pulled my pajama pants down. Everyone laughed and spent the next few hours teasing me for wearing pink "tighty whities". That is my anecdotal proof that to the untraind eye Lounge Briefs just look like underwear. Had I been wearing a white disposable diaper like I use to that situation would have been devastating. I think the style and colors really help distract from the bulkyness.
Thank you for this amazing product. Threaded Armor Basic Briefs and Lounge Briefs are allowing me to live a normal life, giving me the confidence to talk to women and go on dates again, and saving me from the humiliation of diapers! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

They are the most comfortable cloth diapers I have ever tried. They fit good, they give good protection, and it isn't obvious you have them on. They're so comfortable you might forget you're wearing them. I wish I had more of them now.
I'm, as always, VERY happy with my recent purchase.
Comfortable, perfect fit, and super cute!
THANK YOU
This underwear is soft and cozy, so I don't want to change back to regular underwear in the morning.
I want to live with this nice soft diaper on.
Sometimes I feel proud of myself for finding such an excellent product.
If you make a diligent laundry habit, you can use diapers environmentally friendly.
The cute boyish pattern makes me feel younger, happier, and different.
However, there is something I want you to revise a little bit.
The size tag is in the upper right hip area under the waistband.
The size tag is small square-shaped and stiff material, so the hip area is itchy and bothersome.
I think it would be nice to move the size tag to the button position so that it does not irritate the skin when wearing it.
I believe improving this will complete a more comfortable and cool five-star underwear.
Big fan of the fuzzy leg and waist bands. Love the playful colour combinations. They're very absorbent (can usually wear for a few wettings), but don't hold up well for nighttime sog. The PUL parts are fine, but the moisture always seems to find the connective part between the leg guard and the rest of the diaper and leaks there.
Still giving 5* because they're incredibly comfortable and solve daytime wear issues with disposables (where more discretion/movement is required)
I've been looking for and researching different products for my adult step daughter. She is autistic and was not able to grasp potty training.
I ordered the Protective brief and was blown away by how well it works.
My step daughter usually puts up a fight if I try to put her in anything but a pull up, however she was fine with it and possibly happy with it's being more comfortable than a pull-up.
The material is soft' especially around the leg openings and the putting in and taking out of the pads is very easy.
I plan on purchasing more of these.
Great product and I'm very pleased.
I am 32 and sometimes get a persistent dribble after I urinate that can get worse when I drink, eat certain foods, drink too much coffee (i.e living life)
My only criticism of this product is that I didn't discover it sooner. I switched to Basic Briefs in April this year and I've already been on more dates then the last two years combined.
It feels weird saying a product called "Basic Briefs" gave me my life back, but that's how it feels. Knowing I can go out partying again and not have to worry about being bullied or laughed at for wearing a diaper is an amazing feeling and huge confidence boost.
I am 5'10, 205lbs with.a 32" waist and medium fits perfectly.
Easy to slip into the lounge briefs, worked perfectly!
I have several of these and I really like this pattern. The diaper works great I just find with one insert and being active I find adding plastic pants keeps the brief in place bettter and prevent any leaks from an unexpected gush.
The lounge brief is soft and comfortable. The lounge brief is discrete under clothing.
