Oh my gosh these are the most comfortable adult diapers I have tried thus far. I am an ABDL that recently started having accidents and decided to try Threaded Armor to cut down on the costs of disposable diapers. They fit very well, are soft, absorbent, and get the job done. I love the lining around the leg guards. That is one area a lot of cloth diapers don't get right. The elastic waistband is also soft and stretchy. The way the insets lock into place with snaps and the elastic make it fit so well. I don't have to worry about the liner shifting and sliding around to potentially become ineffective as a result. These are perfect for days I don't want to wear a disposable and still capable enough to handle the accidents I have been having. I can't wait to order a few more to keep around for peace of mind. I am really tempted to replace my regular underwear with these, they are that good.

I ordered several Size Large. I received one that is a size X-Large. Did not see this until packaging was discarded and briefs had been washed. These briefs are easy to get on in any situation. Work well and are easy to rinse out when needed. Size measures true to true to size chart. would order again.
They work great I can wear day or night and not have leaks. They are cheaper than disposable diapers and will easily save you a lot of money. I put in the adult soaker bomb to make sure I have enough protection and stacking them to absorb Evan more urine. I have a medical condition that I have to wear these 24-7

I am 32, 5'10", 205 pounds with a 32" waist. Size Medium was too tight in the legs and groin for me, but a Large fits well with lots of room for inserts.
I get a persistent dribble after urinating and occasional light wetting when I sleep. These get exacerbated when I drink too much coffee or alcohol and eat certain foods.
I have been wearing lounge briefs for overnights where I am partying and don't have access to a washing machine. They work well and are the most comfortable underwear I have ever worn (including non-diapers). My feelings on their discretion were initially mixed as to me they looked SUPER bulky.
Then while I was wearing them at a cottage vacation this past weekend a friend yanked and pulled my pajama pants down. Everyone laughed and spent the next few hours teasing me for wearing pink "tighty whities". That is my anecdotal proof that to the untraind eye Lounge Briefs just look like underwear. Had I been wearing a white disposable diaper like I use to that situation would have been devastating. I think the style and colors really help distract from the bulkyness.
