I'm battling FSGS, which causes me to wet the bed every night and occasionally have accidents during the day.

More than enough protection for my needs. If you need more step up to the protective brief. Has slightly more capacity than other boxer style products offered by others. However, a lot more comfortable. Grew up in the era where only old men wear boxers; at 60+ I still think that.

I am only sad that i didnt have the opportunity to get this in a large. the mediums fit me ok, but this was my first time buying. Love the design and wish they had more like this on a regular basis. Absorbancy is great and I love that i can swap out soaker pads and keep the shell going.
I turn mine inside out, rinse it and then put it in the washer with the rest of my clothes. Take it out of the washer and hang to dry. I have large and it is tight. I'm going to try XL next time.

Super comfy protective brief, between stress incointience and ibs. These are a game changer. The interchangeable pad make it a breeze to change quickly! The comfort of a regular underwear waist band, the comfy leg holes. Just makes this all around perfect. It has given me my dignity back by having something that looks like underwear. They are thick but they hide under clothing. They hold a good amount of liquid and have not had an issue with leaking. The leg guards do get moist if you don’t stay on top of a change. These are a lifesaver and I will be buying more! Please bring back the camo print!
