The Soaker Cup offers protection for light to moderate bladder incontinence and is anatomically form-fitting to help with security and absorption, while still fitting comfortably.
If you need an extra boost of soaking power in front, the Soaker Cup is a perfect option!
This is just a wash cloth sewn as a pouch. I was hoping for something more serious like the soakerbomb as a pouch. The pouch concept is so vitally needed for guys, as leaks often occur based on the position of your junk, so please consider making a much much better version of the soaker cup.
Not impressed I had a hard time keeping it in place. Shortly after I peed I had to take it out it was very uncomfortable
Let customers speak for us
from 4036 reviewsI have tried to manage my nighttime urinary incontinence for several years. I'd grown tired of expensive and only partially effective disposable diapers and absorbent underpads. When I wet at night I still had to get up, shower, and change the bed. This was disruptive to both my husband's and my sleep. As I searched the web for washable, leakproof adult diapers, Threaded Armor was the only retailer I found. I read the reviews and made an order. I chose the side snaps so that I can remove the soiled diaper without dragging it down my legs. From the beginning I was pleased. They fit according to the size chart and are comfortable to sleep in. It took me a month to write this review, because I am not incontinent every night and I needed to test the garment.
I am happy to say that the diaper held a full bladder's worth of urine with NO LEAKAGE. This was with one absorbant pad. Threaded Armor is my solution.

Not sure what I'm reviewing it says shipping protection if that's the review then I'm mixed on this one it's great protection on an expensive order but not so much on a standard order wear there are tracking numbers and carriers have an insurance policy for them loosing someone order but like all they don't make it easy to file a claim so if you want to pay for it get it if not then don't I think it's totally up to you if this is supposed to be a review of a great reusable product I have already left a review

I have been in and out of diapers most my life from bed wetting as a pre teen into my teens then in my late 20s I hurt my back and became incontinent so for 30+ yrs I've used all type diapers cloth to disposable I finally committed to trying this brand and wow first time I used at night woke up in a dry bed and the diaper was soaked next time I tried during the day and again no leaks best part is I didn't have that wet or heavy feeling I've had with cloth diapers and plastic pants or that bunched up feeling of a disposable that's happeneds when a disposable absorbing material starts breaking down I will be buying more diapers and extra pads as I can afford them I guess a true test will come this summer with the heat disposable are hot and with sweating and urine I fight off the dreaded diaper rashes cloth with plastic pants are a bit cooler but have to wear a onesie to keep it from sagging so if I get through the summer with this brand without the mentioned above issues these will become my primary diaper with disposable as a back up the one thing I would love to see is more fun design I got the sail boat and would love more like it just because we are grown up don't mean we should have cute and fun diaper products

Very comfortable and good fit and look.

For a long time I've had issues with excessive sweating in my private areas which would lead to chaffing and rashes, but after trying one of these I finally have something that can absorb the sweat and I no longer get rashes or itch

It's very comfortable,I wear it when I'm shopping. People can't tell that I have protection.

I know what most customers are thinking as they consider trying this product out - $80 for a pair of glorified underwear is outrageous. You're right. A lot of folks probably want to give this new product a try, but $80 is a challenging investment for them and what if they just don't work out?
Well, let me help you folks out. I am a life long bedwetter. No telling why. It could be that I am on the Spectrum and have no wired in bladder full warning. It could be that trauma experienced early in life rendered me psychologically incontinent. Either way, the reason I wet at night doesn't matter nearly as much as how I've chosen to deal with it.
I've always felt that I am too young and much too old to be still wetting the bed. But that isn't the problem as much as a literal wet bed. It creates work for me that I don't always have time for and it makes my bed smell even with protective covers on the mattress. I don't mind being an adult bedwetter and I don't mind being diaper dependent, but the problem is leaking diapers that I have not been able to contain because I am a very heavy wetter.
At times, I've used double disposable high-absorbancy diapers with an adult cloth diaper cover to catch leaks and two pairs of tight plastic pants - and the pee still gets out. Grrrr.
But I just got my first pair of Threaded Armor lounge pants, i.e., Diaper pants. I was skeptical too because so many products I've purchased were ridiculously poor in quality and function. But this product I will tell you is wonderful. The fit (be sure to size right) is so perfect and the waist and leg bands are incredibly comfortable. I won't say it feels like regular underwear because it still feels like a diaper but it doesn't bunch up or sag like a diaper when soaked and is much more comfortable than a diaper - more like what a pair of Training Pants might feel to a toddler. The quality is clearly superior. But all of this means little if the product doesn't protect me and my bed.
Outcome of my first night's wetting which is most likely three wetting - the product held the pee locked in. I didn't even use plastic pants. I was completely dry in the morning.
The product is so much more comfy than diapers which bunch up and feel lumpy sitting in. I will say that the pant does feel slightly more damp when soaked than would a diaper. I recommend use of the additional soaker for heavy wetters which I used at night. The pant also is not quite as odor resistant as a diaper may be, but not so bad that you smell like a wet baby unless you wear the product wet for more than 8 hours. Clean up is incredibly easy. I just throw the pant into the washer on the rinse and spin cycle and dry on low heat because of the built in plastic pant. I recommend washing with detergent only once a week for urinary accidents. Rinsing and dying the pant effectively leaves it fresh smelling and soft. Also, if you have a bedwetting child, this would be a godsend to any child. It looks like underwear even though it still feels like a diaper. This will allow kids to go to camp and sleepovers with confidence because the other kids would never guess that this was actually a diaper. The child need not worry about disposing a wet stinky diaper in the morning - they could actually just wear these home and change at home because they do not leak at all. They can be worn to school as well as to bed and end childhood nightmares about pants wetting accidents in public.
All in all, this is an all around quality product. It is a bit pricey, but if you're like me and conscientious about wet beds, the price could be well worth your peace of mind.

I like the all-in-one benefits of the Lounge Brief. They're quite comfortable and fit true to size. The absorbency is perfect for my needs, and I can always add an insert or soaker bomb if necessary. The gussets are a nice security blanket to prevent leaks. I especially like the fabric that's next to the skin. It really helps wick moisture away from the skin to the more absorbent layers so I don't feel wet.

5”11 168lb A medium fits perfectly.
I sampled all the different types on offer before I committed and liked the lounge brief best, although not used for there intended purpose they really help me get into my cozy little space and dampen my anxiety, If they added the snap in inserts of the protective brief that would be perfection, so much more convenient for washing/drying.
My one critique (but not really) would be to please make the playful prints PLAYFUL again, I’m a little late to the party and missed out on the cool prints ie: the Mario, Pac-Man, Bang, Dinos and American flag etc, and would love if you can do a re-run of these for people like myself who missed out, I for one would buy them in a heartbeat!
I have purchased all the different designs and the only ones that I would consider playful are the sailboat/sailor rest have been nice but a bit tame.
But a big thank you to you and your team for creating such an amazing product and of course I highly recommend!

A simple way of adding extra protection from leaks and adding some peace of mind.

/great looking diaper & super comfy. Thanks!

The Protective Briefs are absorbent and comfortable. They're easy to adjust absorbancy needs by adding or subtracting liners, inserts and soaker bombs. I really like the fabric that is next to the skin. It really makes you feel drier longer. I'm in between sizes, so I switch between sizes. The larger size is more comfortable, but the smaller size is OK and more discreet.

Where has this product been all my life? The padding around the legs and waist makes you almost forget that you are wearing them. The sewn in absorbency is just enough for the dribbles and slight leakage. Will be ordering more.

Size is as expected based on chart graphs and laundering has proven satisfactory without shrinkage.
