Loved them at first, and even ordered a five pack and 2 soaker bombs to continue to support the business. But, I noticed that the sewing was coming undone in both sides of the waistband a mere couple of days after I received my order. I emailed TA to check on the status of the order of the 5 pack and inform them of the problem with the pair I had already received and ask if they would check the quality on the next order.
Customer service Rep, Janet, offered no apology or concern that I had received a faulty product, so I decided to cancel my upcoming order.
They proceeded to cancel the soaker bomb order, but not the five pack (which was the most expensive part) and then told me that they weren't able to cancel orders at all because it was against their policy (even though they canceled the soaker bomb order) and I would have to ship it back. For reference, I notified them 2 times, 3 days before the order shipped that I wanted it canceled.
The only positive thing I can say is after much back and forth they did offer to replace the faulty one I originally received.
I would suggest they work on their customer service skills, especially when people are spending a lot of money on an expensive product. The first response should have been an apology for the faulty product and an offer to make it right, not response 3 or 4.
